I don’t particularly like going to the dentist. Matter of fact, I hate seeing the dentist. I’ve had previous dental office visits that were horrendous where they think I have Navy Seal mouth toughness. That’s not the case with me, I am extremely sensitive to pain in my mouth. I just had my first visit with Gentle Dental Deer Valley. I met with Dr. Luistra, she was very nice & professional! All the staff were friendly & helpful. Especially Patty the dental hygienist, she was top shelf! A very good experience! I highly recommend Gentle Dental Deer Valley!
I’m changing my review since my 2nd visit here what I got to say now: I really didn’t appreciate that I couldn’t reschedule with out being charged 100$ I had a horrible day yesterday and mental just am not all here plus I was helping my mother with my brother who was hospitalized. I was physical and mentally drained and when asked if I could reschedule I was told I would be charged due to people needing to be paid still. I was very nervous prior to getting an implant. Dr Ashkraft was patient, answered all my questions and reassured me it would be a painless experience. He was right. I had no discomfort during procedure or during the healing process. He and his assistant are very compassionate and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend this dentist if you need implants!
Their oral surgeon was top notch! I had a tooth extracted and required a bone graph for an implant and it was relatively pain free with only minor discomfort. I was so happy!! Great result! Thanks Gentle Dental!
