I am happy to report that I have found my new dental home. Very good and kind people from the front desk to the doctors and their assistants. In the past dentist appointments caused me anxiety, these people do awesome work and basically pain free. I thank you for that.
I had a great experience at Gentle Dental Deer Valley! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I arrived, especially with handling my insurance. The dental assistant was quick and efficient with my x-rays, which I really appreciated—those things can be uncomfortable if they take too long. The hygienist, Misty, was kind and efficient when checking what type of cleaning I needed, and she even complimented me on my healthy gums 😊. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and so welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable. Both ladies were able to help me and I could tell they truly cared about me as a patient. I highly recommend coming here if you feel anxious about going to the dentist!
The whole staff here is incredible! They took the time to explain my treatment plan, answered all my questions, tended to my pain with great care, did a very thorough cleaning, and worked out all the details with my insurance and payment plan for me. I would highly recommend them!
Enjoy the friendly welcome when I enter the office. They take the time to confirm what will be done at the visit. The hygienist is great and I enjoy what the dentist has to say. I'm coming back for more treatments when required.
