Friendly and professional staff and service. They’ve taken great care of my dental needs in a timely manner. Very pleased.
I highly recommend this dental facility that my son and I visited because they are simply wonderful. Our first appointment was so great and the front desk is amazing! They were so welcoming and pleasant! We decided to make Gentle Dental our home for future dental care. I’m glad we found a facility that truly cares.
It was good. I liked the dentist. As I have been bringing my son here for his dental procedures I’ve come to know the receptionist Jody and she has made our whole experience with Gentle Dental Deer Valley amazingly enjoyable . I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who is needing dental work.
Other than the place smelling a bit foul assumedly because of the two women eating their lunches at the front desk, it looked relatively nice but I didn't get to go through with my appointment today. The lady I talked to at the front desk was the same one I talked to over the phone when scheduling the appointment and she was just very rude to me over the phone and in person. The front desk lady was very rude and pushy. Not a good people person, not sure how they let her be a front desk person at all. This location in particular doesn’t have any rule in place to help people whom cannot read or right to better understand the rules about specifically not canceling an appointment or they will charge you 100.00 dollars no matter what, which I find a bit harsh.
