Treatment plan the very first day of almost 8k. My husband had a similar one. Had a deep cleaning that cost me $500 with insurance and my teeth still feel like sandpaper. Had to go to another dentist to get them clean and polished. Oh, and they bully you into thinking you should have control over what care you get. Stay far far away.
I had a terrible tooth ache and I called them to get an appointment, but the dentist was out that day. I hung up not knowing what to do,but with in minutes office person Kristen who i had spoken with reached out to the Practice Manager Jody Rapp and she found an appointment for me that day at another Gentle Dental office and called me to let me know. Gental Dental is this office on Union Hills. Unorganized, chaotic and the staff will lie to you in a heartbeat. They do NOT take ownership when they give you wrong information & will inconvenience you over and over. They seem to switch out dental hygienists frequently. And ofc rarely has the same dentist 😬. Office is in a strip mall next to a lounge (frequent sitings of unscrupulous people hanging in parking lot). I do NOT recommend 😐
Receptionist Staff and Dentist were fine. It was the incredible amount of work they were trying to get me to do. Within 1 minute of being in the chair, the hygienist proceeded to tell me I needed a $700 periodontal treatment plan. I pushed back and she was insistent that I should get this done to prevent bone loss. Red flags instantly. I don’t particularly like going to the dentist. Matter of fact, I hate seeing the dentist. I’ve had previous dental office visits that were horrendous where they think I have Navy Seal mouth toughness. That’s not the case with me, I am extremely sensitive to pain in my mouth. I haven’t been to a single dentist that I liked until Gentle Dental and I’m in my mid 40’s. They really lived up to their name. I had dental flap surgery done here and it was minimally painful.
