Zero stars. Absolute waste of time. Person who made the appointment didn't know what she was taking about. Never sent the registration forms so I had to stand at the desk and share my history with the entire office. Wouldn't look at a molar that needs extraction because they don't do them in that office? A dentist that doesn't do extractions? Never heard of anything so useless. Probably gets a kick back for every referral he sends to his brother in law or something equally dishonest. Love this office have had nothing but good people take care of things from front desk, to dental hygienist, to dentists. Always kind , compassionate and thoughtful. I have had lots and lots of work done to my teeth so over the years in different states definitely one of my top places!
I don’t particularly like going to the dentist. Matter of fact, I hate seeing the dentist. I’ve had previous dental office visits that were horrendous where they think I have Navy Seal mouth toughness. That’s not the case with me, I am extremely sensitive to pain in my mouth. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful however, I went it for a simple examination and teeth cleaning since I unfortunately have not been able to attend a dentist in years due to lack of insurance. However instead of a teeth cleaning I get xrayed (which was helpful) and told I need to come back 5-6 times to have my teeth cleaned for a total of $1600 out of pocket. Maybe I’m out of loop but this is not what I was looking for yesterday, and now I’m out 60 bucks out of pocket and still need a simple teeth cleaning.
Treatment plan the very first day of almost 8k. My husband had a similar one. Had a deep cleaning that cost me $500 with insurance and my teeth still feel like sandpaper. Had to go to another dentist to get them clean and polished. Oh, and they bully you into thinking you should have control over what care you get. Stay far far away.
