I had an excellent experience here! Dr. Orinda is very friendly and knowledgeable and great at explaining procedures or why certain steps need to be taken in an understandable way. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have some really neat technology that lets you actually see your smile, which makes it much easier to understand their suggestions for future dental health. I had a wonderful experience with Gentle Dental. The dentist Dr. Orinda is extremely polite, patient, and answered all of my questions. She was very helpful in leading me in the right direction. The dental hygienist and the dental assistant was great as well. I felt so comfortable!!
My son chipped his tooth on a Saturday and I found Gentle Dental in East Longmeadow for an emergency visit and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Everyone was so kind and professional. The dentist was so relaxed and really helped my son feel at ease. She did excellent work, too. You can’t even see the repair! I highly recommend this office for any work you need done. Oh and the facility is immaculate and brand new! We live 30 minutes away or I would make the switch here full-time.
I don’t usually write reviews but the attentiveness and care that I received at Gentle Dental from the staff, specifically Akila Ledgister, made my experience memorable. Not only did I get a really good cleaning but she was respectful and educated me during my visit. She was passionate and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. I recommend this Dental office to everyone and if your as lucky as me Akila will tend to your needs….. Thanks again!🦷🪥😁
Staff was extremely nice and informative. Felt very comfortable with the dentist. Didnt feel like I was trying to be sold something which I have dealt with at past dentists. Very clean and pretty atmosphere. Only complaint is, I was there a little longer than expected but since it's a new business there was still a learning curve. Will definitely return in the future.
