Poor Quality Work & Zero Accountability I had a TERRIBLE experience at GENTLE Dental grand Avenue office I went in for Bone graft procedure , and the entire procedure did FAIL. the Dr told I will refund you the money but When I asked the Manager, she gave an attitude and didn't refund me my 700$. Now they sent me home with pain and failed procedure, out of my hard-earned money. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care or decent customer service. Would not recommend office staff when I went told me one price and my insurance would pay for it and come to find out my insurance didn't pay all of it. Lots of turnover in The help
