I have been a client since 2015. I have had cleanings, crowns, root canals, X-rays and more. The front office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr Kyle and his team in back do their best to keep my mouth happy and healthy without pain. They all do their best to fit me in when there’s been an emergency and do their best to help me make the most of my insurance and its benefits.
Everyone was friendly and most accommodating. I had questions about some of the charges and fear of being pushed into a procedure I didn't want. They agreed about my question of one of the charges and reduced it. They did not push me to get a crown and was told they could repair the tooth. All in all it was a most pleasant experience
Great staff! Great work! Fair and timely! Not to mention wonderful conversation. The only negative I can think of .. there is a Cleveland Browns fan in the building but then nothings perfect .. right?

Patients name is Michael Faulkner. I have been with Gentle Dental for many, many years. They are kind and treat their patients well. I have Autism and they have a Dentist that works really well with clients with developmental disabilities and I really like that. They make me feel very comfortable and always meet my needs.
