I have had a horrible phobia of the dentist all of my life. I finally had to go in for my teeth because they were hurting, and I'm so glad I did. These guys are the best with the numbing (the needles were the really scary part for me), I never feel a thing. They are very used to scared patients, and will really work with you compassionately to help you through your fear. Thank you guys! I've been with them 10 years now. Dr. Crawshaw is the absolute best. I used to be scared of the dentist because I had really bad experiences with other dentists. But I hit the jackpot with dr. Crawshaw. He was very attentive and gentle. Always making sure I'm not having to endure unnecessary pain and discomfort. He really is amazing, which is why I am so disappointed at what happened to me today. I, when there for a dental cleaning, and they didn't tell me that i didn't have medical insurance, and they when ahead and did it anyway. to make matters worse after the cleaning, they asked if i want the fluoride. I ask if it's part of it, and they say no, it's extra; all other places apply it as part of the job, but this business is a rip-off. BBB rates Gental Dental with an "F" RATING!!! mainly because of their "creative" billing practices that many folks complain about. My wife and I have discontinued going there for the same reasons. I feel we have been overbilled thousands of dollars over the years, and finally have just gotten fed up with their poor business practices. Horrible visit, haven't been back in 10 years and now I remember why. Rude customer service on the phone, rude dental assistant, horrible 2nd experience. Dr. Kyle was nice but I'm never going back, they don't deserve my hard earned money.
Its been almost a year of waiting and I still haven't had my teeth cleaned?! If you have a bunch of time to waste. This is your chance. I came in for what I thought was a cleaning but left an HOUR AND HALF later with no cleaning. They explained "oh this is just for X-rays" I had to reschedule for the cleaning part of the exam.... Only they are booked out several months. So I wait MONTHS for my next appointment and they send a confusing slue of text messages attempting to confirm multiple appointments. This dental office has ridiculous billing issues. I have been fighting an erroneous charge for going on 2 years. I finally reached out to my previous employer on this office's behalf to PROVE the bill was paid by insurance previously. I have spent many, many, hours trying to get this resolved to no avail. I liked my hygienist, I liked the dentist, but this mess? No thanks, find another dentist and save yourself the headache. Ridiculous. I'm not sure why there is not an option for 0 stars. Seriously.

Please read my review for the Glisan location. It includes this location. If any dentist from this franchise as a whole recommends oral surgery please get a a second opinion.
I used to like this place. Front desk alone made me switch. The lady was rude and made it like I had to do every little thing she wanted. I just called because I cracked a filling that I needed looked at and repaired. She was wanting more money out of me and trying hard to get more work that wasn't a priority.
