To continue with my review I went to the dental office next door and they found my insurance, helped me through the entire process was very sweet and had no fees hidden.
Rude ladies in front. Very pushy. Didn’t help with insurance even though I was verified through the app. Blamed me the whole time. Then wanted me to pay full service and I’m sure I was charge a cancel fee when they basically didn’t even help get the appointment.
We recently brought our daughter in for orthodontic treatment and received a detailed outline of logistical billing details, including insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses. Specifically, I requested notification of any additional out-of-pocket procedures. Although the billing representative initially established a yearly maximum of $2000, 1 informed her on multiple occasions that the correct amount was $2500.
