All of the staff is helpful and welcoming. They are in a beautiful building with modern equipment. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom. There is ample parking. I found Dr Ung to be thorough and informative. I am grateful that he takes the time to explain everything and patiently answer all my questions. It is a pleasure to talk with him.
A relative has used this company in the past and they did a great job for them. I decided to make an appointment. After loosing a long time Dentist, it was hard finding someone with the right mindset and touch. An office friendly to my kids and I. The team was amazing starting with the front desk receptionist. The hygienist, ans Lori. Lori was made aware that I was pressed for time, and she went out of her way to coordinate with different members of the team to see both of my kids simultaneously. I truly appreciate the fact that they acknowledged my needs. This friendly group comes highly recommended!
First experience with Gentle Dental on Irvington was in April 2024. Super great service from front desk staff to Dr Ung to the dental hygienist Taylor. Second appointment in June and still got superior service. I’m very picky about finding just the right hygienist and Taylor is fantastic! Looking forward to my visits with them and that is amazing, right?
I recently had my first appointment at the Gentle Dental Irvington location, and came away very impressed. The office was in a great location. The entire staff was positive and welcoming, from the friendly front desk manager, to the skilled dental hygienist. The highlight was meeting Dr. Ung. He explained his diagnosis thoroughly, and was also warm and approachable. I look forward to my next visit.
