I recently had the best dental cleaning I’ve ever experienced! My hygienist was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain important aspects of my dental care, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the office process felt a bit slow, likely due to being short-staffed. I also noticed I didn’t receive the usual take-home package (floss, toothpaste, and toothbrush), so I’m not sure if that’s no longer offered or if the focus has shifted more toward streamlining check-in and payment. I was pleasantly surprised with how thorough Dr Ung was, he was honest, transparent, and so professional with my husband and I. Even tho we didn't get the best news today, we were still happy and satisfied with the answers we got. Melissa the assistant is so nice and understanding. The hygienist I saw today explained everything, she me made sure she cleaned my teeth to perfection (❤️) which I needed. Staff is pleasant & knowledgeable. Billing program from Corporate office is a bit confusing for patients as it does not break down insurance payments that include more than one item. Example: An expensive service on my bill did not show any insurance payment on the item but I was told that it must be included in the dollar amount provided on my bill & that Gental Dental is unable to break that amount down to actually show what services were paid from the insurance payment.
I am so happy with my results after Dr Ung reconstructed my 2 front teeth yesterday.. Here are the before and after pictures.. Thank you so much Gentle Dental for taking my fear of the Dentist away!!!!
I find that everyone is very helpful and friendly here. My hygienist is always funny and gentle and cares about my comfort. The dentist and the assistants care about doing a good job.
