I want to thank Melissa and Elisa practice manager at the Gentle Dental on Irvington for going above and beyond helping me with an insurance problem I was having. They were awesome. Melissa was impeccable in her handling of my problem. They were both knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff is also friendly and professional.

This was my first time going to Risas and so far I am glad I decided to establish care here. The staff that I interacted with were all very kind! Dr. Hooper was very patient, walked me through my treatment plan and explained everything in detail. Paty was also very helpful and answered all my questions about pricing and treatment plan options.

Marco and Dr Ung were very informative and very pleasant. The whole staff was very nice from front office to dental staff. They handled me with the upmost respect and carefulness. I will be coming back for my cleanings. Keep up the great work!

overall a good office once you get to the back. BEWARE OF ASKING HOW MUCH LONGER THE WAIT IS!!! You will receive the ABSOLUTE WORST attitude from the lady with the short lady with glasses. I think it's more than reasonable and customary after waiting 30 minutes to ask how much longer the wait is but she'll tell you "YOU CAN WAIT OR LEAVE!!"

I've always had a great time at this location! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have not had a bad experience and this is coming from someone who highly disliked going to dentists as a kid lol.

First time at this office as a new patient couldn't have gone smoother. Scheduled my appointment over the phone very easy with some personal info. Arrived at the office and was greeted by the lady's at the front desk ready to help me check in. Got taken back to do my X-rays by the Dental assistant who was very careful and helpful then the dentist came in to finish up explaining the rest of the process and answer any more questions I had. The whole team was professional and knowledgeable.

Good experience and professional staff. There was a hiccup with my insurance adjusting the price after the visit but it was explained thoroughly.
