I had a disappointing experience at Gentle Dental due to concerning billing practices. After receiving my proposed treatment plan, I requested billing codes to verify my insurance coverage. The treatment plan estimate indicated some of the services were not covered, but upon further investigation, I found that many of the "not covered" codes were covered by my insurance—until I noticed an added letter at the end of each code. I was very pleased with my appointment with Gentle Dental. The paperwork was handled very quickly. I was taken back to have my teeth cleaned without having to wait. The attendant that did my x-rays was very pleasant. My teeth were cleaned and a doctor checked to make sure that everything was good. Then flouride was applied and I was finished.
I have brought my mom here a few times and every visit has been great. My mom has dementia so a little more patience is required and the staff has shown just that along with the gentle. They do a good job explaining things to you and the people up front are great. I don't live in the area but I'll make the drive to keep bringing my mom here.
I was greeted and welcomed by the reception staff quickly and courteously and then called back for my cleaning within minutes by Lori who’s just a sweetheart. Lori made me feel welcomed and at ease and completed my X-rays with no issues. Staff here are always very professional and kind. Hygienist Taylor did a great job and has a gentle hand. She is also quick to answer any concerns as well is the Dr. Thank you all, see you in 6 months
