I have been a patient of Gentle Dental for over 10 years. I have always been treated with great care, attention, and patience (even when I beg for extra whitening gel for teeth that already look like headlights). I have referred friends and family during dental emergencies, as well as others looking for a new dentist to establish greater dental care. Dr. Seaman, all of the hygienists, and especially the front desk staff are FANTASTIC. I am never leaving their care!
Due to a screw up then another screw up according to them, I get sent the same 381 dollar bill every month for 4 years that is paid. I have called at least 50 times, it finally stopped, but now they have a new system and the bill is coming again. An employer had not cancelled my actual insurance, but I was paying cobra at the time. When the insurance was cancelled, they somehow did it retroactively, Gentle Dental paid them back, but then my Cobra from the exact same company on the exact same policy paid the bill. I've been going to this dental facility for more than a decade and have always had a wonderful experience! They charge reasonable rates for each procedure compared to other facilities. I highly recommend them, especially if you need more than just a regular cleaning.
I love this dentist office. I love the atmosphere and the way I'm treated. I love my dentist and the lady who does my cleanings. I also absolutely love the ladies at the front. They are so darn nice and make me so happy. I literally come in to this office smiling and always leave smiling. I never plan on changing dentist offices unless my insurance ever forces me to. I truly feel like they have my best interest at heart. Thank you all for being so awesome!! :-)
As the name implies it really was "Gentle Dental" The staff was always pleasant, professional and helpful. The process and experience were fantastic! I would highly recommend them for great dental care.
