The customer service is great and the work is good too. The reason for the 1 star is because they are grossly over priced. I got charged more than a $100 for nothing more than a evaluation. Then they tried to sell me on deep cleaning (which would have cost hundreds of dollars more) when another dentist that I consulted afterwards said I only needed cleaning. The charges I just spoke of was AFTER my insurance kicked in. I can get better and more honest service elsewhere.

As a new patient, I called to schedule an appointment for an initial cleaning/ exam. My initial appointment was canceled by them the day after I made it and I rescheduled for a few weeks later. I received multiple confirmations from Gentle Dental (text and email) and then was called TWO DAYS before my appointment and they cancelled on me again. Horrible impression for a new client and I didn't want to waste any more time attempting to get an appointment.

I cannot speak for all of Gentle Dental only at the Arizona Pavilions. Went there because I didn't know any better spent a few thousand,I would go for cleaning they would always say you should have Floride trement. At my age 68 made no sense but I take there word,a few months after treatment a cracked tooth. Ok they say you need a Crown I go for it. Absolute worst experiences (yes, plural) ever. HORRIBLE front staff including office manager. Unaccommodating, rude, and lack integrity. Had notably poor dental work done that required multiple visits to a different dentist in order to fix/replace. Contemplating writing a letter to the BBB to report unethical practice. THAT BAD.
