Just had my first dental appointment and was very impressed. I was given the option to complete my new patient information online quickly and easily, received friendly reminder message of my appointment, and could check in online upon arrival. My scheduled hygienist had a family emergency that morning, but they filled in and I had my appointment right on time. I needed a tooth extraction urgently. Called, made an appointment and had my procedure that day. I get there and Dee was super friendly. I only interacted with 2 others, one which was the doctor. Everyone was so friendly. They seemed to be a little busy that day and still managed to get me in and out within 30 minutes, without an appointment. Fast, painless & affordable...? Think I found my new dentist office.
I was treated as though I was their best customer. Very professional very clean very state of the art. I felt extremely comfortable and the procedure was completely successful. This is my first visit here. It will not be my last as this is now where I will go for any future needs.
Cracked an old tooth filling overnight and got an appointment here the very next day thanks to their quick response. The people here made my first visit both comfortable and affordable. My mother also came in with a lot of questions about which filling was right in the long run, and I really appreciated Dr. Rong's patience in explaining every step and making sure we were all comfortable with the procedure. Overall it was quick, painless, and very professional. I recommend the package deal for anyone without dental insurance.
