RecommendedCharley L just left after doing a maintenance check on my AC. He realized there was a clog in the cooling system and spent quite a bit of time making sure it was cleared. He showed me the rust on the coils but said it was running well and was probably good for a couple more years, but just be aware I would need to budget for a replacement unit in the future. Very nice, gentlemanly young man with a great work ethic. I will definitely keep this maintenance policy!

I had Bryan W. in my home on Friday April 15,2016 to do a maintenance check on my A/C Unit. This was a check up that was part of my A/C VIP Maintenance Policy which I took out when my new A/C Unit was put in. Bryan was wonderful and found that I had a bad compressor that would have cost me over $500 if I did not have the agreement, Bryan also told me that this was the last visit under this installment so I would need to look into another agreement. George Brazil has such good people working for them. I have a maintenance Agreement on an air conditioner now two years old. Michelle has come the last couple of times to check it out for the season. She not only knows her craft but is courteous, friendly, tidy, and just a good person. The world could use more people like her.
Bryan was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects and explained everything in a understandable way Felt very comfortable with him.

Josh performed a system review for my two heat pumps. Beside adding approximately 1/2 pound of coolant to the smaller unit, the two pumps were working within the required specifications. He was on time and efficient. He provided the needed explanations and answered my questions.
Rusty provided great customer service. Was very cool with my dogs. Took pictures from up in the attic to show me how everything looked. Replaced Electrical component under warranty. Was very pleasurable and respectful. Also the call 15 minutes ahead of arriving is nice to have. :-)
Mick went above and beyond to not only complete the job but make sure that everything was done perfectly on our installation. Couldn't have asked for more professional service and they cleaned up everything-drywall dust and all! Highly recommend George Brazil and ask for Mick!!
