Michelle, checked out our unit; she performed electrical and system performance tests and gave me an indepth report on the condition of the unit. She was courteous and professional.

Brandon was very helpful, efficient, and had a lot of knowledge of Air Conditioning units. Provided us with a lot of suggestions to think about for the future. Would highly recommend George Brazil!!!

We just had a new air conditioner installed by Calvin W. And his crew of Robert A. and Francisco B. I was so impressed. They arrived at 7:00 A.M. And worked steadily until 7:00 P.M. completing the job in one day rather than in two as we were originally told. They were super efficient and super clean. They were mindful of the mess and our home. They even were extra careful to keep our gate closed as we have pets. We could not have been more pleased!! Thanks guys!!

I had George Brazil out to my house to install a new A/C system today Chandler H & Greg T were the 2 man team that worked 11 hours to get the system/s swapped out. From start to finish nothing but professional and hard working, I got multiple quotes for this work and decided on George Brazil so GLAD i did ! GREG T is a ROCKSTAR IN TRAINING! And CHANDLER H. I had Josh Wildermuth come on 4/21/16, to do my semi-annual checkup of my A/C unit. He was hear for almost an hour and he said the unit is working fine and no repairs were needed.

Charley L just left after doing a maintenance check on my AC. He realized there was a clog in the cooling system and spent quite a bit of time making sure it was cleared. He showed me the rust on the coils but said it was running well and was probably good for a couple more years, but just be aware I would need to budget for a replacement unit in the future. Very nice, gentlemanly young man with a great work ethic. I will definitely keep this maintenance policy!

Joe R. is a Service Pro. Courteous and Knowledgeable. Did an annual service with efficiency and found a need for a very small part that governs the flow of the Freon, Excellent job and this will mean that that we should have another year without worrying about our system. Thanks again Joe R.

I had Bryan W. in my home on Friday April 15,2016 to do a maintenance check on my A/C Unit. This was a check up that was part of my A/C VIP Maintenance Policy which I took out when my new A/C Unit was put in. Bryan was wonderful and found that I had a bad compressor that would have cost me over $500 if I did not have the agreement, Bryan also told me that this was the last visit under this installment so I would need to look into another agreement. George Brazil has such good people working for them. I have a maintenance Agreement on an air conditioner now two years old. Michelle has come the last couple of times to check it out for the season. She not only knows her craft but is courteous, friendly, tidy, and just a good person. The world could use more people like her.
