Walter was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided excellent service and was very friendly. I felt that he cared for the job he did installing my new water softener. Great customer service from Walter.
Shane Cotton was Superior! He showed and explained the repair and why the bath Tub was leaking. He replaced Valve Stems and Seats and everything functions wonderfully! He was very clean, personable, teacher, very nice to speak with and I would highly recommend him!!! Thank God, NO MORE LEAKS!!!! :)
Well what can I say, David Marino was awesome. Poor guy ,not too much went well for him but he didn't get discouraged , he kept up his upbeat personality and kept going. He explained everything that he was doing and what needed to be done to correct our problems. He installed new water heater, faucet, pressure switch and tank and inspected all our plumbing and all his work. He was great and if we need George Brazil again I only want Dave M. George Brazil just installed two tankless water heaters and a new water softener. Out Technician, Walter F, clearly took pride in his work and took his time to make sure all was installed properly. I can’t remember the last time I had a service tech who works as hard as Walter and with such enthusiasm! I so appreciated how he kept me informed of his progress and issues that arose. Wade was the tech. He took care of getting toilet and faucet replaced. Left work area clean and ready to use. The toilet I bought was not the right size but, Wade had one of better quality. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable with problem solving. Would recommend the service of this company to anyone even my mother-in-law!!!

Daryl was out to my house 1st thing for a water line break. He answered all my questions and gave me several options to choose from. He was very polite and was there from 9AM to 7PM. Everything is working fine and there was no mess when he left.
