From estimate to installation, Robert J (Bobby) was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, funny and on time. We knew we were in good hands from the get go! Alex is a very polite well groomed and articulate young man. He explained everything to us and made many recommendations on how to better maintain our system. No hard sell! I always appreciate that.
Tom came out to check our upstairs toilet leak and told us it was the wax seal. He answered all of our what if questions and recommended a company that could advise us on water damage to the wood under the tile. He would have happily installed the toilet but new we needed to check out the wood floor after tearing up the tile. Thank you Tom for being honest. We will recommend George Brazil to others in the future and use them again.
They were Great and the Teck was the Best ever - give him a raise.
