I called on New Years evening because my water heater was leaking. I was told somene one call me the next morning. I was called at 7:30 and the scheduler said someone would come today. Had a great experience with service tech. Personable and knowledgable. Fix our problem quickly and was willing to take on another quick fix that wasn't scheduled.
Had a Toliet installed. Disappointed that they didn't show up the day they were supposed to be here but got $35 knocked off my bill so was happy. Sent a really cute guy named Shane to the work. He did an excellent job. Real pleased with the results.
Deryl was efficient, pleasant, & answered all my questions with apparent knowledge. I have used George Brazil for all my household need e.g. AC, HVAC, & plumbing and have found them excellent in all the areas that I have needed them.
