We got a water softener from Home Depot on special order. George Brazil had installed an air conditioner a few years back and did a great job; even still maintaining it at no cost to us. So naturally, they were the first ones we thought of to install the water softener. Ted G. arrived ahead of schedule and removed the old water softener and began to unbox the new one to prepare for installation. Just wanted to drop a note to say thank you! John Hallman was an absolute professional, polite and a pleasure to have in our home repairing an electrical issue. Next time we have to place a call (hopefully not anytime soon) we will definitely ask for John! We certainly appreciate you sending John out with such short notice.
Eric was our tech and although I did used George Brazil to replace an air conditioner a few years back I have not used them for plumbing and as I stood in the kitchen with water gushing all over my feet I knew that there was a problem we had already shut down one of the sinks the toilet was clogged and now it seemed that we were flooding when Eric came I showed him the problem and explained what had been happening and he said he would take a look at it and figure out what the problem was and give me an estimate I felt confid... read more
Every time i need them, they come on time, call before, send an email with a picture of who is coming, and they are always very courteous.
Our technician, Camus, is outstanding! I was impressed when he responded to an emergency call after 11:00 pm. He arrived with a smile and went right to work, quickly making a diagnosis. He made the repair and left less than an hour. Regrettably, he had to return. He quickly recognized the overarching problem. Though we will have to incur a hefty bill, in the long run, it will be worth the investment. He may have saved Allstate from having to replace our home!
