I had to call for a plumber, 6-20-16 so I called George Brazil, from the gal I talked to and the gal who scheduled them to come out the customer service was outstanding. I had both of my bathrooms stop working and I had just had surgery, they scheduled me same day. I had a later appt. but they had someone cancel and they called me right back to get here sooner. Our plumber Tom came in and got busy and got everything working again, he was very professional and explained everything. I will use them again and refer them.
I hesitated to call them at first because I thought they might be more expensive. They may or may not be, but their service before the visit, during the visit and after the visit was A+. Our team member Adam was very professional and personable. I won't hesitate to use George Brazil again for any plumbing or electrical work I might need in the future.
We have relied on George Brazil to fix many things for us in the past so it was a no-brainer to call them when there was an electrical issue that caused the air conditioner to stop working. They scheduled my service the same day which I appreciated since it was getting hotter and hotter in the house. My technician,Anees Saleem, arrived earlier than expected with his red carpet in hand so he didn't track any dirt in the house...nice touch! Daryl was punctual and great to deal with. He did his job well.
I had two techs, Timothy fixed the toilet issue but unable to get the tub to drain. Ira came the next day and worked very diligent at getting the tub unplug. Both techs were very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!
