It was a qu[ck fix's, when hooking up the hot and cold water hoses to our washing machine the hose's got crossed, we did not know this till the wife did the wash on Saturday, though she used the cold water setting on the machine, when we contacted GB Monday morin, they where more than helpful in our issue and got a tech out to switch the water hose's Wife is now happy so I'm happy to!
