From the response to my first email inquiry straight through the sales and finance process I was thoroughly impressed. Charlie was very accommodating and helpful in our car selection process. He was happy to show us multiple cars upon my request, and didn't get frustrated when I asked to see a different one (several times!). The certified used car warranty is amazing, and really put our minds at ease. My wife and I purchased a new (used) 2015 Altima on February 20. We are incredibly happy with our purchase, I think the product sells itself!. What really made this a great experience though was working with Steve Mendoza and Chamo Diaz. He is a very friendly man. I'd recommend him to anyone in need of a vehicle. Gives you multiple solutions as well as great deals. Takes care of any issues or concerns you may have as well. Haven't bought a car in about 14 years so I was a little leary about the prospect of going to a dealership...Did my research online for about 5 months, narrowed down the type of car I wanted and waited.
