This was my first experience with buying a car, so needless to say I was a little nervous! Samuel Akotia was wonderful and patient with all the questions I had. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured. I purchased my Sentra about a month ago. Josh Ross is a great sales rep! When I had questions related to my vehicle my experience with the service department was pleasant as well. From Sales to Finance, I absolutely loved the service I recieved. I will definately purchase from Germain again!

The team at Germain Nissan are great to work with and listened to my needs when buying a new car. The deal was fair and the follow-up service from my salesperson, Mike Hammond, has been attentive, caring and genuine. I wouldn't hesitate to speak to them about a new or used vehicle.
We traded in are nissian on another vehicle and thought we where getting another vehicle with alot of same options as are trade like satellite radio and blue tooth even had someone say they would help us setup blue tooth and after waiting for a long while to come back from getting washed was in a hurry didn't notice till we got home had neither was really happy about that happy with the vehicle just not happy with not having those options.
