Usually Carmax is my first stop for a vehicle but I am so glad I took the drive to Gerry Wood Kia in Salisbury NC. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Jimmy Yelland who went over and beyond helping me get into my new Kia Sorrento. I have enjoyed my experience at Gerry Wood Kia with Refinals Johnson and his team. I was able to have the chance to meet the Sales Manager Mike who I spoke to once on the phone. He was a very nice guy. Reginald Johnson was a very professional guy and was no pushy salesman like I've had in the past.

I live in Washington DC but I travel a lot due to work. I was located in Georgia and happen to look on Gerry Wood Kia website and seen the Kia Soul I wanted after Looking at four other Kia Dealerships. I called Gerry Wood Kia and was able to speak with Reginald Johnson and stated that he must place his hands on the Soul before moving forward out of respect for me he said. This is my 5th Car I have purchased from Reginald and wasn't going to buy the new Stinger for sure. My thoughts was just to view one and keep moving, but somehow like always that Reginald made sense once again and was able to get me to lease one. Brandon Cummings was extremely knowledgeable on the Kia vehicles. Brandon was understanding to my needs in a new vehicle and provided excellent service. I had been to the dealership a month prior to drive a Kia Sorento and knew that was the vehicle I wanted. I did not want to trade my car in and they were very understanding and asked me to just think about it for a few days. Now I have a New car with no haste and great customer service. This experience was great.
I really have to say that I had the most greatful experience ever with Reginald Johnson and Tiffani. Reginald made me feel comfortable. I always was told to dislike dealerships and salesman, but I just couldn't make my way to dislike the man. He's awesome and great at what he do. This was my first car I've ever purchased and boy it was great. Reginald even picked me up from work. I must admit, this man is a bad man and smooth talker.
