I had not thought to look outside the greater Charlotte area for a Niro but Allstate pointed me to Gerry Wood. The internet contact was very helpful and she got me in touch with Brandon. This man knows his stuff!! He was easy and fun to deal with. He has been helpful since. The dealership is very well organized and I would recommend it to anyone.

Bought a pre owned vehicle from Jimmy Yelland, after about a week I really didnt like it as much and thought I would, wanted better gas mileage for long trips. Jimmy asked for a miracle from his manager Josh and they put me in a new Kia Forte. They jumped through hoops to help me and they really helped me with my problem. Couldnt have been happier. The service is great, not in there for hours and very polite. I will recommend everyone to gerrywood kia. Thanks Jimmy and Josh.

So going to any dealership can be overwhelming for anyone,But a first time buyer with zero credit and tattoos i get looked over a lot. Anybody who knows me, knows that I despise buying a new car! I hate spending hours sitting in a dealership haggling back and forth over stupid stuff..I have better things to do!!! Well, I have to admit that Obie made my experience buying a 2017 Niro pretty painless.
