We walked into the dealership after having a terrible experience at a completely separate dealership which will remain nameless. Maddie greeted us the very moment we walked int he front door. She was extremely pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and more! I've never purchased/leased a vehicle before and Maddie made the experience an excellent one. Lina and helped us at Gerry Wood Kia she is AMAZING. We had our two year old daughter with us Lina went into Mommy mode she played with our daughter gave her snacks and kept her happy every step of the way. Which made our experience enjoyable.
