"I'M PART OF THE KIA FAMILY" I've had my Kia Rio for 7 years and Gerry Wood Kia has been my "go to" place for any car issues. The oil change service is always great and quick. They keep me abreast of what maintenance is due, what can wait and even explain why certain things need to be done. The salesman Martin welcomed us and offered us water and coffee several times while we were there. He went and got the car, we test drove it and went in to negotiate a deal. Very pleased with the deal we got on our 2019 Sorento EX V6. Will get our business when it’s time to buy again.

"Oil Change" My oil was leaking due to a mistake from the original place of purchase and Kia towed my car to their service shop and the work was completed within the time frame quoted. Awesome communication and my car was back to perfect when I picked it up!
"Oil and filter change" The service was excellent and the wait time was within an hour and the service rep. went over everything that was done and what might be needed in the future. They were very friendly and helpful and professional.
