"Professional" My service advisor, Dino fully explained what needed to be done and quoted prices before service was done. Outstanding service department. The waiting room is comfortable.

"Great Service Center" Five star service for sure. From being really courteous and knowledge I think they have best service center I have been in. Had an oil change one week ago in left than an hour and got car washed too! Went back today for a recall appt that was one hour. I was done and out in 40. Included another car wash! I am really excited to have this Gerrywood Kia nearby!!
"Excellent Service " My husband and I would really like to think Mr. Reginald Johnson on all his hard work. We came in looking at a used Sportage with the same payment, but he did a great job in convincing us for a $100 more per month, the next Sportage was the way to go, and he explained why, and it really made sense.
