"Great Buying Experience" We bought a new Kia Sorento and the experience was perfect. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We dealt With Brittany Kurtz and she did an excellent job. She made sure we got the deal we wanted and we left there with the exact vehicle we wanted. I highly recommend Gerry Wood Kia and Brittany Kurtz.
"Great Location" Brought in my KIA Soul for a Tire Rotation and Oil Change. Mullen's the Service Advisor I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. Let me know how long the wait would be and thoroughly went through the inspection sheet of my car at when I was picking it back up. Facilities were nice and neat, , offered free popcorn and snacks, and everyone was friendly. Will be bring my car back in the future.

"Serious Damage, but Serious Professional" After have my repaired for what I thought was a minor fender bender I found it was a bit worse. Chris Gurley was fair, honest and transparent in telling me what the damages to my car were. He showed me the damage (very visible, but I wouldn't have seen it) and gave me a prognosis without selling me a pie in the sky. "Helpful, Honest, No Pressure" The title says it all ! We knew which sales person we wanted to work with when ready to get another used car because we had met him awhile back when getting our other car serviced. Martin is a great guy and the company takes great pride in what they sale.
"2nd Car" This is the second car that I have bought from Gerry Wood Kia. Chris Gurley keeps me updated on everything the service department is doing. The service department is great!
