Simply put, Ben treated us like family. He handled our loan process every step of the way. That's not to say, we didn't choose him without looking at other options. We made him earn the business, and that he did. His customer service was first class, and his offer was the most competitive we received. He kept us up-to-date as the progress unfolded, and even pushed to move up our closing date. My wife and I would strongly recommend Ben for any mortgage needs. We are grateful for his help in making our dream home a reality.

Though Daniel was not my direct loan offficer, I reached out to him for help in regards to my first home purchase. My specific situation regarding purchasing a home from out of state and using the VA home loan was difficult and he had all the answers. Mr. Morgan helped me and my wife finance our first home, and I have to say I was completely lost when we started the process but Dan was with us every step of the way. From guiding us through what paper work we needed to get together, making sure we where comfortable with every step before we proceeded all the way until we finalized our loan. Even as a first time buyer he made the process smooth and simple.

John is truly one of the best professionals I have ever worked with. He really does take the time to make sure that you are educated and he took the time to make sure that we knew exactly what to expect. There were no surprises. I will never deal with anyone but John for a mortgage again. I strongly recommend you work with John Higdon.

Ben came to my house after hours, sat down with me, went through the various loan programs and found the very best fit for me based on the purchase price of my home and my down payment. I got a very competitive rate and was able to lock in right before the rates went up. I will definitely use him and Gershman again.

Being a first time home buyer I wanted to be sure and do my research. Gershman was by far the best option! Bryan Zeutenhorst make it easy and painless! He responded to all my MANY questions within minutes no matter what time of day, evening or on the weekend...he was always available! Bryan assisted me with my home purchase when no other lender could make it work. Bryan went over and above to meet my needs. Bryan and his team were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the entire process. It just doesn't get better than him.
