Ryan did a great job of explaining the process so I knew what to expect. Closing was easy and painless I would recommend Ryan and the team. If I purchase another property then I would go back to Ryan.
Colby was personable, energetic, and willing to help anytime. He collected all the necessary documents at the beginning of the mortgage process to move this info along smoothly to the underwriting team. He also went over the papers we would be signing later in case there were questions about the paperwork. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for mortgage money.
Colby and his team took care of our mortgage quickly and efficiently with minimum effort on my side. There were a few hiccups between the seller(FSBO) and the Realtor handling paperwork but they got it straightened out and we closed on a great property as intended.
David was pleasant and informational. He made us feel at ease and was generally concerned with helping us with our financial needs. Would enjoy working with him in the future.
