Bannen was very easy to work with. He not only answered all of my questions but also had everything ready for me without having to worry about anything. If anything came up he notified me in a timely mannor. Bannen was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

Bryan was great from start to finish. I never thought I would be able to purchase a house because my credit scores were not that great, however, Ryan worked with me to clear up some issues and I purchased my dream house because of him.

Ryan and his team were amazing! They explained the whole process and what they needed from my end. Anytime I had a question he or his team were very quick to respond! Closing was actually fun! 😊 Next time I need a lender I will be going back to Ryan and his team at Gershman!

Bannen made the process very easy. I was concerned at first because I have been living in Texas temporary for work so we did everything over the phone and computers but Bannen and his team worked there butts off to make sure it all went smooth. Any questions or concerns I had where promptly addressed. It was so much easier than what I was expecting. I was traveling to Missouri from Texas on closing day. My family was transitioning from another state and Bannen was in constant communication, making sure tgat the transition would go smoothly, and it did. We signed on the property on time, and the atmosphere in the office was fantastic! We were very pleased with the purchase and thw service that was provided.
