Absolutely loved working with Brent. He made the anxiety of obtaining our VA loan smoother by walking us through every step of the process. He was very informative, readily available, and coped extremely well with answering (patiently) our millions of questions. Highly recommend! This was our first home purchase and the process was as smooth as expected.Jack and his team answered all our questions, sometimes more timely than others.We never felt like we were in the dark throughout the entire process, and they made signing a bulk of documents using e-signatures which helps keep all streamlined.I would use Jack for my next home purchase, and I recommend this team highly

From the very beginning, Mr. Bowers kept us informed about the process and time required to move from application to final signing. He let us know what price range we needed to be looking at to keep our monthly payment at the amount we wanted to pay. We always knew just where we were in the process of obtaining our loan.
