Jerry made the process of buying my first home completely stress free! Jerry and his staff were always available when I had questions and we closed on time!!!
Jack did an amazing job of working me through the process as a first time home buyer. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to get us to closing in less than one month!! I can't imagine anyone else pulling that off.
We were on a tight time schedule and Matt was on the ball with it all. He was always readily available and answered any questions we had! Additionally, he was willing to run numbers on the homes we were considering so that we would know exactly what to expect our monthly payment to be. I definitely recommend Matt and Gershman for their true expertise and customer service!!
Mine was a double header. Handled the buyers of the home we sold and our buying of our new house! They are tops in my book. Only problems we had were with other people other than jack and his mortgage company.
Jack was our knight in shining armor after we messed with another lender for almost 8 weeks. He assured us and we closed within 2 weeks after our first talk! He saved us from the grief of being "in between" moves. He is professional yet very personable - we could tell he knew his stuff.
Jack was very helpful I would recommend him to anyone! He made sure I knew what I was signing and understood the sometimes confusing process. He made me feel 100% confident in my decision to use Gershman. I would use them time and time again.
Stormy will be up front and honest about all parts of the process. Each buyer is unique in what they bring to the table and she will listen to your situation, working with you to find the easiest path to a successful purchase. I always knew that I could send a question her way and I would get a response and guidance promptly. Could not be happier with her efforts.

Jacks office was very responsive during the "looking" process, and very prompt in getting me the information I needed to make fast decisions regarding particular properties my family was interested in. After deciding to purchase, the process was very fluid with little to no hiccups. I would definitely recommend Greshman Mortgage to any friends or family looking for a lender.
