This was my first time buying a home and I am so thankful I had Jack Langley on my side. He explained every step to me, why it needed to be done, what I needed to have prepared, how long the process would take, and on my closing day, he was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Jack was very helpful to me and my family on helping us get financed. We had run in to some issues that were very likely preventing us from getting financed but Jack had looked at every option on helping us push through and would even speak with me after hours and even on the weekend. I would highly recommend Jack Langley.

I would highly recommend Scott for your mortgage needs, I got his reference from my RE agent and I am glad I reached out to him for my mortgage needs. He is extremely helpful, knowledgable and joyful person, he educate me on mortgage process indetail, walk me thru all options available for me and get me the best rates and best options for my mortgage needs. Any questions and he responds in no time, very good knowledgeable individual in this field.

I bought my first house with help from Jack Langley. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I would have never understood half of what I needed to do without him. Jack is extremely personable & punctual in his response time. He was very thorough in explaining all the details of our purchase as this was our first house and he worked to get us the best financing available. He is very diligent. We were very comfortable with Jack and all the staff. We would be comfortable in working with him in the future if the need presented itself.

Jack is the best. I was referred to him by family when I moved to Springfield in 2012. I recently relocated and Jack assisted me. Jack helped me through my first home buying experience and made it much less painful than it could have been! He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel ignorant for being unfamiliar with the process. I feel like he went far above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my loan was processed in a timely manner. I plan to do all my business with him!
