Ben is an excellent person to work with when financing your home. He is extremely responsive to any and all questions and is extremely knowledgeable of the entire financing process. Additionally he is very easy to work with and keeps you in the loop during the entire process from first contact to the closing. He even spotted a error in my closing papers that was missed by everyone else. I highly recommend him.

Scott is a hard worker, he can provide us his professional answer right away, we are very please his help. Scott was very easy to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. He was available during the day and the evening to return calls or answer questions.

Lender's knowledge and foresight were very helpful. They showed their willingness and dedication to providing the best option for me. While the process and timeline were adequate, one improvement I would ask for would be to give more advanced notice of documents and/or signatures needed, or a faster follow up on documents needed quickly. Also, knowing the exact closing costs would be extremely helpful, whether the closing costs are rolled into the loan or not.

Scott is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will answer his phone at all times!!! He made buying my first home a breeze. The first phone call he explained all of my options and how everything would take place. He answered all of my questions before I even asked any. I was amazed. Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. I can't describe how pleased I was working with Scott Ripple and his team at Gershman Mortgage. I will definitely go with them again.

Home buying is stressful and time consuming. Jason really helped handle everything he could for us behind the scenes. He really went out of his way to get paperwork to us while at work or when it was convenient for us as not to interrupt our hectic lives with our kids. Jason made the home buying less stressful than it usually is. I have been through the mortgage paperwork on four different occasions with our past homes and this was by far the best experience we have had. We used the Veterans Affairs mortgage loan which is heavy on the paperwork and can be a difficult process.
