Lender's knowledge and foresight were very helpful. They showed their willingness and dedication to providing the best option for me. While the process and timeline were adequate, one improvement I would ask for would be to give more advanced notice of documents and/or signatures needed, or a faster follow up on documents needed quickly. Also, knowing the exact closing costs would be extremely helpful, whether the closing costs are rolled into the loan or not.

Scott was very easy to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. He was available during the day as well as in the evening to return calls or answer questions. Scott made the refi experience very easy and quick, with no hassles.

Scott is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will answer his phone at all times!!! He made buying my first home a breeze. The first phone call he explained all of my options and how everything would take place. He answered all of my questions before I even asked any. I was amazed. Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. I can't describe how pleased I was working with Scott Ripple and his team at Gershman Mortgage. I will definitely go with them again.

Helped my bring my credit score up by 100 points and worked with me to get the home of mine and my wife's dreams. Due to some issues it took over six months to purchase our home and mr Stanfield stayed in touch the whole time

Home buying is stressful and time consuming. Jason really helped handle everything he could for us behind the scenes. He really went out of his way to get paperwork to us while at work or when it was convenient for us as not to interrupt our hectic lives with our kids. Jason made the home buying less stressful than it usually is. I have been through the mortgage paperwork on four different occasions with our past homes and this was by far the best experience we have had. We used the Veterans Affairs mortgage loan which is heavy on the paperwork and can be a difficult process.
