Joe and his team were amazing!!! Took time to counsel us on so much more than just a loan. They helped us understand the loan, what to expect at closing, different options with escrow, how to improve credit scores, things we’ll need for our house when we close, etc. We could not have been any happier with a lender. Brittany and her team helped our family financially plan for the future by helping us refinance our home. She and her team were exceptional through the whole process. At closing Brittany explained in detail every paper that I had to sign. She is very thorough and makes sure you understand everything! I highly recommend her to everyone!

Waiting to officially know the loan was approved was by far the longest part. Outside of being anxious to know, this whole process was stress free. Mattie just took care of it. I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely use Mattie/Gershman Mortgage in the future, if I ever needed to.
