Bryan was always available if we had a question, even weekends and evenings. He made sure to get our loan done, even when we had unexpected issues arise with our credit. He made the process very easy and stress free. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
Vinny made the loan process smooth and seamless. He was readily available to answer questions, and with the loan approval process, you know there’re LOTS of questions! His communication was impeccable. I’d recommend his services to anyone. And you should give him a call! Rates are so low, so refinancing is a no brainer! He saved me $100s of dollars/month on my primary residence as well as my investment property.
Tracy was great, kept us up to date and in the loop when things were going right, not just when there was a hangup. The delay in closing was only a few days and it was no fault of the lender (USDA loan). They entire process was easy, she told us what to expect and the people that work with/for her were also pleasant and easy to work with when they reached out to us for something.
Brent made our experience amazing. He was there with updates every step of the way. He was very accessible and always answered my calls or returned my messages quickly when I had questions. I would recommend Brent to anyone needing a home loan without reservation!
Justin was very friendly and caring about our needs to find the right rate to fit our needs for our refinancing. We have used Justin in the past, our son is using him right now for his first home loan, and we referred co-workers to him that he is working with now. We will keep doing business with him.

Scott’s overall pleasantry and knowledge. Inspite of the Covid 19 virus problems things moved at an acceptable pace. All people involved did their best to move the loan along as well as kept me informed.
