Jeff was always right there and available. He made me feel like I had no dumb questions, and he drove 2 hrs to show up at closing and brought us a beautiful sign for our lake home!
Waiting to officially know the loan was approved was by far the longest part. Outside of being anxious to know, this whole process was stress free. Mattie just took care of it. I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely use Mattie/Gershman Mortgage in the future, if I ever needed to.
Bryan and the entire team at Gershman Mortgage were true professionals through our refinance process. We used Gershman for our new purchase in December of 2018. Interest rates took a swing up at that time and the best we could do is get a new mortgage and 4 3/8%. Bryan called me and said now id the time to refinance that loan. We are now under 3% which is a huge savings in interest each month. Thanks again tot he Gershman Team!

Tracy went above and beyond to get our timeline back on track after we had an issue with another lender. She was determined to do everything possible to help us and worked around the clock to get our paperwork done. As a result of her hard work, she got us closed on our house within 2 weeks of us contacting her, instead of the usual 30- to 45-day window!
