We initially went to another lender. We were not confident in the information we received. Our realtor referred us to Jack and his team. Jack was able to sit down with us and explain everything. Credit scores, points, PMI, down payments, closing costs, everything. When we were ready to move ahead and obtain the loan, we received frequent updates regarding where we were at in the process.
