Having gone through three other agents and lenders, Mike and his lender was where I landed. There was never a moment I asked too many questions and with a first time home purchase this big he provided me with information, documents, and videos to clarify every step of the way. In a home buying process that can be very bureaucratic and cold Mike and my real estate agent provided a personable experience that kept me in the game with autonomy. I would highly recommend Mike and his team.

Bryan has been very attentive since the first minute I spoke to him on the phone. He answered my messages really fast and was very detailed with all the financial explanations. Got really good advice from him at locking rates. During my whole process i received from him different nice videos showing step by step the process that was yet to come. We initially went to another lender. We were not confident in the information we received. Our realtor referred us to Jack and his team. Jack was able to sit down with us and explain everything. Credit scores, points, PMI, down payments, closing costs, everything. When we were ready to move ahead and obtain the loan, we received frequent updates regarding where we were at in the process. Th entire team was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was great
