Ben and his team were a joy to work with. They found us a very competitive rate and helped us save money. Ben was very easy to talk to and really explains things on a level you can comprehend. He asked me how do you prefer to be contacted and I was blown away he cared how I preferred to be contacted. He was always available and one time I called pretty late. He was so nice and I loved working with him. He gave us a beautiful gift at closing and we use it every time we cook. I recommend their services to everyone.

We would leave more than 5 stars if it were possible. He and his team were upbeat, quick, bright, professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Moreover, Bryan stayed in close touch, even making himself 100% available when he was out-of-town on family business for the week-end. On top of all of this, the numbers we were presented with at the end were even better than we could have hoped for at the outset--there is a bit of magic going on there. Thank you so very much Bryan!

Ben did an amazing job with every step of the way. He kept us informed on where we were at in the process and made sure everything was complete. As first time home buyers we weren’t sure what to expect, but he made the process simple and stress free!! David did an amaizing job. He was very helpful in explaining everything and breaking down information so that I understood it all. Seeing and explaining numbers on his white board was extremly helpful. He was always willing and prompt at answering any questions I had through the whole process. As a first time home buyer I expected to be really stressed and I was not at all. Just a wonderful group to work with.

So we met david at the clear 2 close game night. This helped us understand what we were getting into so much. I recomend it to everyone looking to buy. David was awesome with my millions of little calls and emails as was megan! David helped us so much from credit, closing and making it as less stressful as possible. The entire team was very responsive and helpful. I was new to the whole home buying process so anything my wife or I had questions on they were happy to explain in depth. Every time I contacted them with questions I heard back within just a few minutes. Cant imagine how much more difficult this process could've been without them. Even matched the rates and terms of competitors.
