RecommendedGetaway Adventures is as good as it gets! Our group of eight friends and family has been planning this trip for two years. Thanks to our biking leaders Erik and Tommy we had five perfect, unforgettable days of cycling, wine tasting, beautiful hotels, and great food. Randy (owner), Erik and Tommy were professional, safe and extremely knowledgeable about the region and the wines. We loved it so much we're planning to go back next year.
We booked the sip and cycle and had Maria as our guide. The three wineries were fantastic. Boutique and relaxing. The lunch was brilliant as well.
We booked the Pedal 'N Paddle (bike and kayak) trip through Getaway Adventures. When you book the trip online they are very thorough to ensure your needs are met when you arrive. They had all 5 of our bikes set to our heights and provided helmets. These are rental bike so the seats are not padded. Lunch is included in the trip, but we needed a gluten free lunch and they delivered big time! We had an amazing lunch that was gluten free and was way more food than we ever expected. This was my favorite thing, thanks to Tom! My friends and I loved our bike tour from Healdsburg. It was hilly, but so fun. We met some new friends, and had a blast! We also learned so much -- Tom knows everything there is (or at least everything you kneed to know) about wine!! So much fun, and lunch was absolultely amazing! I hope to be back.

What a great way to experience the wine country! We did the Calistoga Sip & Cycle with Maria Potter. She was a great guide! We got to taste and tour some smaller yet very high quality vineyards. All in all it was an amazing day.
