Great custome service. The agent was helpful and offered great feedback. He took the time to walk us through all the different plans and helped us select the best one for our needs. One of the best customer service experiences I never had compared to others.
Gexa has always had great customer service & great rates. A few days ago an agent by the name of Moises was really helpful in helping me find the best plan for my usage, he even emailed me the 2 plans we talked on the phone so I can go over them with my husband. When I called in today to lock in a rate I was fortunate enough to get the same agent that helped me last time and even went over with me the benefits of each plan to ensure I was getting all the great benefits they offer.
