I opted gexa energy using compare power portal. Got an issue. Called customer care. She explained the plan briefly. Representative resolved quickly and completed my order in time.

I received phenomenal customer service from Charlie. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review instead of 5 star, is because the reason I had to call, was due to an issue with their "online" service. I kept receiving me an error message. Charlie informed me that he sent a trouble ticket to the IT department to get that issue resolved. Charlie was a pleasure to speak with, answered all my questions and took care of me.
Just called to establish new service - quick, easy and painless. Great rate too with the length of the term right where I needed it.
