I have been trying to reach Lemon Citrus Tree for WEEKS. Via phone and email. We have 2 Lime trees we are concerned about that we purchased from Leon Citrus Tree. No one answers the phone, no one returns messages and emails are being kicked back undeliverable. I know there are unexpected situations that happen in our daily lives, but this is feeling really shady. If something has happened leave a general message on your voicemail. I ordered 4 trees from them and everything was great until I got to the last tree, I was sent a dying tree completely damaged, then I was told I would get an replacement but a month went by and I got nothing so I sent an email again and was told their farm said they didn't have the tree but would send me a replacement from a different farm. It's been over three months and I still don't have the tree and no one responds any more so now I have to try to see how I can get my money back and reach out to my bank to see my options... read more

The avocado tree I bought had been girdled by plastic ties they forgot to remove. Severely damaged. Replacement tree is infected with fungus, maybe some type of canker. Waiting a week now, no progress

First tree trunk was snapped, replacement trees top was snapped and tree looked wilted but we are hoping it will survive. Customer service was great but shipping an issue. Will not order again.

Just purchased and received a 4-5 years old persimmon tree from Lemon and Citrus, it is a low grade persimmon tree with no branches, just a tree with two tiny sticks, are you kidding, a 4-5 years old tree has no branches, I paid more than 123 dollars for a persimmon tree just with two sticks, they may substitute a lower grade 3-4 years old persimmon tree for a more mature 4-5 years old tree. A 4-5 years old persimmon tree should have lot of branches for future fruit production. Lemon and Citrus company cannot be trusted.

I'm extremely disappointed with the pathetic Meyer Lemon tree that I received from Lemon Citrus Tree a few weeks ago. When it arrived, some of the leaves were deformed, others had holes in them or cracks, some look like they have been eaten by pests. At the time that I ordered my tree, the description stated that it was a grafted tree. I did not receive a grafted tree. The tree looks nothing like the website pictures. The trunk is pencil thin. My tree picked up in a good way. Unfortunately I got in a box with dents and a branch was already broken. Until today the lemon tree support never got back to me even I filed a claim. So tree okay and pickin up but customer service no good.
