I ordered a lemon tree which arrived in a 11 inch circumference pot but was shipped in an 8 inch box. The container the holds the soil was cracked in 4 places and the branches were folded. I paid over $28.00 for shipping. I think the least they could have done was give me an appropriately sized box. I contacted the company and was told that the farm sent me a larger tree in error so I should basically be grateful for the cracked pot. Waste of $100 and a headache. Never using LemonCitrus again! Terrible! We ordered a Eureka lemon tree. We paid extra to get a 3-4 year old (3-4 ft) tree to arrive in 1 week in time for a birthday gift. We placed the order and were charged on Feb 16. A week later, I called for an update, and finally got someone who told me they were having issues with their distributor, but would fix it ASAP. We apologize for the delay but you had originally ordered on etsy. There is a shipping delay for etsy orders. We were never contacted by email about issues you had with your order. I cannot do a search on your phone number because we do not have your phone number due to etsy not sharing that information with us. If you would like to send us a photo of your tree I'd be happy to help. I sent an email, requesting a photo.

It is unfortunate that the trees arrived in bad shape due to UPS damaging them in shipment. We apologize. We refunded you. The trees are not completely destroyed, they will survive and produce fruit.
I followed all instructions for my meyer lemon tree. Even wintered it inside my house. It died. Contacted company and they are replacing it, but the shipping is over $30. Since I paid shipping on the original order I feel the replacement should be "free". The shipping is nearly the cost of the original tree.

Haven’t even had a bud on the tree so far. Bought it over a year ago. It is still alive.

Ordered the Kaffir Lime tree for my mom. We had ordered some seeds and small plants off of amazon, but they were crap and my mom said that he seeds from Amazon were not Kaffir Lime seeds and was sent some other seed. We ordered from Lemon Citrus Tree and my mom loved it, she wants me to order another one. Its growing fine, and we had it in the box a few days longer when shipped and it still came out fine.
