Ordered two kumquat trees (a Nagami and a Meiwa) that were both 2-3 years old. The Nagami is perfect but the Meiwa had broken and missing branches. The trunk was much thinner than the Nagami also. There were no broken branches in the shipping container and the broken ends had already dried out so it’s how it left the grower. So very disappointed with my purchase. My tree arrived in a completely disheveled and damaged box-so of course the tree was injured as well. The top main branch was torn right at the last bifurcation and basically half the tree was broken off. I documented everything, took numerous pictures and submitted them to customer service. They said nothing will be done, the tree ‘should’ survive-never mind the fact that it looks hideous!!! Go support your local nursery and buy the tree from them!!!
Trees were not what i ordered. Don’t be deceived by the photos .. I was. I would k mk or buy from them again

DONT BUY TREES!! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I PURSCHASED SEVERAL TREES AS GIFTS. THEY ARRIVED WEEKS LATE, HALF DEAD AND WERE SHIPPED WITHOUT POTS. AFTER SEVERAL UNSUCCESSFUL EMAILS, I CALLED NANCY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE TOLD ME SHE NEVER HEARD OF TREES ARRIVING WITHOUT POTS ! NANCY WAS NOT HELPFUL. I received a orange tree as a gift. The tree was well packed and seemed to be quite healthy. The problem was the tree was not staked as it grew. The tree was very bent. I contacted customer service immediately when I unpacked the tree. In the future I would recommend ordering from another company that stands behind their trees. I also would buy a tree from a local organization where you can confirm that the tree is straight.
Ordered a fig tree for my daughters birthday weeks ago. Today they sent me a message saying guess what out of fig trees. Daughters birthday is tomorrow. Am I angry?? Yes you know it. Apparently a very poorly managed company. Zero stars.
I ordered two trees and was given an expected shipment date. That day came and went with no communication or shipping info. I e-mailed Lemon Citrus Tree and asked for an update on my order. I could wait for the trees , I just wanted to be informed on what was going on. After a week, they finally responded back. The issue is due to the pandemic and the lock down many people are experiencing heavy volume and delays. It's just simply bad timing. We are a small company and the volume coming through is like nothing we could even prepare for. On any given day we have taken 75 or more calls and hundreds of emails and are now just catching up. We are not the only one either, many businesses are experiencing the same heavy volume.
