Ok so my daughter bought me a mom mug a few years ago I wanna say like 3-4 years now. I’ve used it everyday for coffee. I have two cups a day so it either gets used in the morning or the afternoon... I keep it in rotation with my other cups. It means so much to me but especially to her. Well over the weekend we had a visitor come over who accidentally broke it. I can’t say enough about the kids holiday shop. My grandson bought a mug for his grandpa and of course a freak accident it broke this morning..I didn’t have the heart to tell him so I got the website from the school secretary.. we emailed them and of course an instant response. They are sending us a new one at no charge..who does that..we so appreciate what they did...

This was our first holiday shop and we had an outstanding experience. The kids loved it and the service exceeded my expectations. We compared three different holiday shop vendors and selected Lil’ Shopper’s based on product (quality, variety, low cost item selection) and customer service (flexibility of terms and support during process). Amazing Customer service! The President of the Company responded personally to my inquiry! He went above & beyond to send an item at his own expense, over the holidays, with expedited shipping, so that my son could give “The Mr. Fix-It Tool Kit” to his father on Christmas!
