RecommendedAll I can say is ‘Wow’! My 4 year old granddaughter bought me a Grandma mug for Christmas. Well, guess who dropped it and broke it?! I didn’t want my little to know so I contacted the company to see if I could order a replacement! The best customer service ever by the president of the company! He sent out a replacement no charge! Thank you Kurt! Way to do business!

Recommended🙂This is a great company, run by people who are decicated to customer service. My wife loved the “Worlds Best Grandma” mug that my grandson bought for her at the school fair. My wife was devastated when she accidentally broke the mug. When I called your company, Barb took the time to go through the warehouse to locate a replacement, and the owner of the company is sending us the replacement at no charge! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kurt made it possible for my son to have a specific toy we couldn't find anywhere on earth and kept in touch while I arranged international shipping for it! RecommendedI used this company for many years as a PTA officer. I highly recommend them. Best quality products I’ve seen from a holiday shop company and the catalog fundraisers were also good. I rarely received complaints about products and in the rare occasion that I did the company was quick to remedy the situation.
