2017 was our small Preschool’s first time having a “Santa Shop” for our young students. This was such a simple process for me being the coordinator! The items for the sale arrived at the designated time, and I chose a no-count inventory. It was quite amazing how many cute trinkets and gifts for each family member or friend. The prices were quite reasonable, and our school chose the 20% profit, to have as a fundraiser. Sammy got me a "Super Grandma" mug for Christmas this past year. I put it in the dishwasher and it got ruined. Their customer service was right on it and sent me a new one. I'll definitely hand wash this one. Awesome customer service!!!

I received a grandmom mug from my granddaughter for Christmas and placed it in the dishwasher when it should have been hand washed. It ruined last of the mug. So I called company too see if I could buy a new one and Ben in customer service sent me a new one for free. Made me very happy and will definitely hand wash from now on. I'm also going to let the PTO at Miller how helpful they were and how they made a customer satisfied.

I can not think of anything bad to say about this company and their customer service. Especially Tina Hoch. She is an amazing employee! She goes above and beyond for her customers! We love this Holiday Shoppe and can not wait to use it again this winter! Very easy set up, everything is packed and shipped well in advance of the start of the Shoppe.
