As a first time homeowner I didn't know what to expect. Giuseppe and his team were very efficient and prompt with responding to my needs. Any questions or concerns I had were answered right away. They were very accurate with the numbers for closing and didn't miss any steps!
This is our second time using Giuseppe's services, just different companies. We followed him to this company because of the excellent service the first time...it's the person, not the company that makes an experience great. Once again, Giuseppe quickly responded to our call, presenting and explaining our options to us in an easy to understand way. He and his staff are extremely polite, friendly, efficient and timely. They wrap up the deal like they say, "on time and under budget." Highly recommend!
No matter when I asked a question - I always had a quick answer. They held my hand thru it all! I've used Giuseppe for two prior refinances - this was our first purchase using him - highly recommend him.
He was very responsive and very patient. Early on, I felt like he was a great resource for us! He was also very relate able, which is nice to see. He showed up at closing, which I thought was thoughtful and he was very grateful. He even gave us a gift and let my husband check out his cool car! ;-) Thanks Giuseppe!
Hallmark Home Mortgage got us preapproved for a loan in one business day which was imperative for the house we wanted to purchase. They were also easy to work with throughout the loan process, and got us a great interest rate.
Giuseppe and his whole team have been amazing, and the great service keeps on coming. Thank you for everything! I have been throwing his name out to some friends that are talking about being ready to make the leap. I'm not real good with the words but he stuck with me through 3 years of credit repairs to get to this point. Between Giuseppe and a great realtor we were able to get the house of our dreams. One month in our house now and to see the comfort on my kids face at night that this is home. Thank you
Guiseppe and his team are awesome. I have done several loans with them including a purchase, and I will continue to highly recommend this wonderful group of people. They pay attention to the details, and they make sure that everything is done.
I've done a mortgage and a refi with Giuseppe and team. They are consistently responsive and quick. Plus the staff is really pleasant to work with. A++
We both have very demanding jobs. They worked with our schedules and made it easy for us. They even came to our home for the final signing of the paperwork.
