Giuseppe and his team were fantastic! They answered any question I had in extremely prompt fashion, and made sure to take care of me from before I started looking at homes, all the way until closing. Words cannot do the excellent service Giuseppe provides any sort of justice; he's absolutely wonderful.
I'm a first-time home buyer and Giuseppe and team made the loan process a very bearable and easy experience. The team was always available anytime I has questions or concerns and I would recommend him/his team to friends and family.
Trying to buy our first, my wife and I certainly had a lot of questions, and Giuseppe was extremely patient, thorough, and generally helpful throughout the process. He actually called up the seller's agent and personally guaranteed a 30 day close, which was certainly very helpful in having the seller accept our offer. We had a very tight closing schedule with the seller on my first home purchase. Seller was less than a month out from a foreclosure, and Giuseppe and his team were able to close a week early even considering the process began right before Christmas and New Years. The Giuseppe team was readily available to discuss any questions I had regarding the loan process or required documents. Would refer any friends & family!
