Giuseppe and his team were amazing! They are all quick to respond to emails and phone calls, knowledgeable and were able to help me find a physican loan. The entire process couldn't have gone smoother.
I applied for a mortgage loan as a fist time home buyer. Giuseppe and his staff were extremely knowledgable, accessible, responsive and more importantly available all the time. The whole process of application and document submission went so smooth and without any headache. I highly recommend him for people applying for home loans.
We purchased our new home about 1 week ago. Giuseppe and his team made our experience flawless. They answered every question and gave us options that would work for us. Everything is done weeks in advance so when the closing came up there were no surprises! They could not have made this easier for us if they tried. A Flawless Team and great to work with!! Thank you Giuseppe and Team!!!
Giuseppe and the Hallmark team helped me through the very intimidating process of buying my first home. Not only was he extremely responsive, but he also spent the time I needed to understand in detail all my options. I knew very little going into the process and by the time it was all said and done--I felt like I was well versed in everything I was undertaking. The transaction was well explained and broken down so I could see and understand all the figures. Next steps were outlined so I knew exactly what I needed to do and ... read more
We just closed on a home purchase with the help of Giuseppe. He was great to work with and extremely patient as the home we purchased was a short sale and took over 6 months. He ensured that as soon as we had approval from the bank we were ready to go. I highly recommend Giuseppe and the entire Hallmark team.
My husband and I just refinanced our home with Giuseppe and also used his services to purchase our home two years ago. Each time we work with Giuseppe and his team, they provide outstanding service. No detail is missed. Giuseppe has great knowledge of the market and has never pressured us to make a decision - he's always very responsive and patient with all of our questions. Giuseppe's team takes the stress out of home buying and refinancing!
Giuseppe and his team are extremely helpful through the entire home buying process! This was our first home purchase, and we had a lot of questions. I felt that Giuseppe wanted to help us and give us advice that would put us in the best possible position. The Denver housing market is a tough one for buyers. I felt Giuseppe did whatever he could to market us to sellers to help increase our chance to win the home.We will definitely use Giuseppe again!
Giuseppe and his team were incredible from start to finish. Every question was answered in a way we could understand, and the process was quick and painless as compared to other lenders we've used in the past. Professional, honest, efficient, and integrity are all words that I would use to describe Giuseppe and his team at Hallmark! If you're considering a home loan or a refi, STOP LOOKING--this is your guy!
My husband and I recently financed a home purchase through Giuseppe and his team. The process was very easy and they helped us every step of the way. We would definitely recommend working with them!
