Nobody wants to go through the dents implant process, and I was no different. That said, Dr. Drouin and his staff made me feel like I was in great hands through the entire process. I had a rough day the day I went for 2 tooth extractions, & Dr. Drouin + his surgical assistant, Ashlee, were so kind and patient with me. They gave me time to process very unsettling information & did not rush me to make a decision. After the surgery, Ashlee was very kind & made sure I was well taken care of. They both exhibited compassion, which is not always true with medical situations. He called me that evening to make sure I was OK, & the office called me the next morning also. Dr. Drouin and his staff were wonderful. They were helpful, kind, patient and understanding. They answered my questions and concerns with care and excellence.

Very organized practice and kid friendly. Dr. Drouin is kind and caring. The office staff are awesome too. I highly recommend this office and Dr Drouin. My daughter was in great hands and they all genuinely cared about her having a good experience. Definitely wonderful people there.

Everyone was genuinely nice, caring, and helpful in my wisdom teeth removal process. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Dr. Drouin treated my son for an extra adult tooth that needed removed. He was very professional, worked with our other dental providers for collaboration, and overall was very nice to work with. His staff also had great interactions with my son, making him feel comfortable with the procedure.
